This week’s book is non-fiction. It is the story of a Syrian American man named Abduish Zeltoun who finds himself stuck in New Orleans during Katrina. Zeltoun decides to stay through the hurricane to save his house and his business. In an old canoe, he paddles up and down flooded streets to take supplies to people who were stranded. Suddenly on Sept. 6, 2005, Zeltoun disappears. You must read the book to discover what happened. The book’s title is Zeltoun by David Eggers.
